Gustafson
Director
As a Director
of Desert Capital REIT, Tom Gustafson brings his
extensive entrepreneurial and financial experience
to develop innovative business solutions designed
to increase the continued growth of Desert Capital
REIT.
Mr. Gustafson is a Director and Managing Partner
of Domain LLC, a general partner of Okobiji Capital
Partners LP. Okobiji Capital Partners is a long-short
hedge fund for high net-worth investors. In his
role, he works with individual investors, as well
as serves as the fund’s investment manager.
Previously, Mr. Gustafson was the Vice President
of Progressive Marketing Group, where he managed
the company’s profit-sharing plan and money
purchase account. Additionally, he serves as Treasurer
for QL Enterprises, Inc., a property management
and ownership company.
Through his work as hedge fund manager, Mr. Gustafson
thoroughly understands the fiduciary roles for
investors and investment systems, as well as the
complexities of business operations and ethics.
He is able to uncover the needs of investors and
recommend the appropriate financial vehicles to
meet those needs.
Mr. Gustafson is Registered Investment Advisor,
and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from
Iowa State University.
