Erin Ackerman is the Co-Chief Operating Officer and Director of Stockholder Relations for Desert Capital REIT. Additionally, she serves as Executive Vice President and Treasurer for CMC Financial Services, the dealer manager of Desert Capital REIT. As a principal for CMC Financial Services, Ms. Ackerman is responsible for the daily operations and performance of the firm, including financial management, compliance, and client relations.

Ms. Ackerman's experience in the real estate industry allows her to help Desert Capital REIT shareholders maximize their investment returns.  She contributes to the company’s policy making and plays an integral role in the investment evaluation and selection process for the REIT.

Ms. Ackerman received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
