Todd B. Parriott is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
of the Board of Directors of Desert Capital
REIT. In his role, he oversees the day-to-day
investment operations of the company. Prior
to joining Desert Capital REIT in December 2003,
Mr. Parriott spent 10 years at Consolidated
Mortgage, most recently serving
as President. Consolidated Mortgage,
headquartered in Henderson, is one of the largest
private trust deed investment firms in the United
States.
Mr. Parriott’s extensive business experience,
comprehensive real estate and investment knowledge,
and solid background in customer relationship
management combine to bring a multi-faceted
leadership to Desert Capital REIT and its shareholders.
Mr. Parriott received his Bachelor of Science
degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
